What makes Pilates at Rise different?

Our group classes are designed to make you feel like you’re in private training but with the value + community of group fitness. Small classes allow you to get to know your fellow members + allow our instructors to provide individualized attention.

​Our class variety allows you to challenge yourself with different workouts. Whether you want strength, cardio, or stretch, you can mix it up depending on what your mind + body crave from day to day!

Our one-on-one Private Training is a great way to enhance your membership, or bring up to five of your friends for a Private Group Class on your schedule! Learn more below.

    Build + Burn Reformer

    Our take on a weight-lifting class, you'll use the Reformer and free weights to work the entire body, focusing on the Pilates fundamentals of core strength + stability. Expect to work the entire body with intervals designed to exhaust the muscles.

    AAA Tower

    This class uses springs attached to a vertical tower to add resistance + assistance to traditional Pilates mat exercises. Expect focus on Abs, A$$, + Arms, working to bring balance across your body.

    Jump Reformer

    This low-impact cardio class uses the springs of the Reformer to provide resistance as you jump lying down, making it gentler on your joints than traditional vertical jumping. In addition to the cardio, you'll get a surprising core workout that you have to experience to fully understand!

  • R(e)ACT

    Rise Advanced Core Training takes mat Pilates to the next level. This class focuses on strengthening the abdominals by challenging stability and balance using suspension trainers.

  • Stretch + Release

    Regular stretching is vital to a healthy body. This active stretching class utilizes the Reformer/ Tower Combo to stretch the muscles, making it the perfect complement to your current workout regimen.

  • Private Training

    Level up your Pilates practice through Private Training with our highly-educated instructors. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your body + focus on your specific needs.

  • Private Group Classes

    Schedule a group class at your convenience for up to 6. participants. Available by request only.
